Cedar Hill is a church that loves God and people.

Jesus tells us in Matthew 22:37-40 “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” Loving people is where we start. Come as you are, no matter what situation, and feel the love of Jesus and the church.

What We Believe

Church

We believe gathering regularly with a community of faith is vital to healthy spiritual growth.

We believe we can be culturally relevant without abandoning Scriptural truths.

We believe our teaching and preaching should always have a Scriptural foundation.

We believe the Church should be safe for all people to grow at their own pace.

God

We believe there is One God.

We believe His name is Jesus.

Salvation

We believe that every person since Adam and Eve has been born into sin.

We believe that forgiveness and salvation is freely offered, because of the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

We believe that when you repent (turn away from a life lived without God), you identify with the death of Christ, and He is faithful to forgive your sins.

We believe that when you take the step of being baptized in the name of Jesus, you identify with the burial of Jesus, and begin a brand new life with Him.

We believe that He will fill you with the gift of His Holy Spirit.
